Are you limiting your learning?

Learning is limited by your ability to ignore distractions.

Build a habit of removing distractions when you are learning so that focus on the material.

Make sure the material is good. It need not be the best or latest…don’t waste you time searching for more or better when good enough will do.

The latest books or courses may only be repeating old material. Or it might be unproven or a fad.

Allow your brain to assimilate the material so take breaks.

We actually learn when we are repeatedly forced to recover the material from our memory and apply it.

  • Pick the good, enduring and not just the latest material
  • Remove distractions
  • Then put your ass in the seat and do the learning!
  • Recall makes us commit material to memory – test yourself
